Sign in at https://5star.cainer.com/account/login.aspx. Click on 'To listen to your I Ching consultation click here' and then on the next page, click on 'Start'. If you have already asked a question, go to 'To hear your previous I Ching consultations click here/listen' to start your reading. Follow the instructions on screen.
If you find that you cannot hear the reading we recommend that you clear the cache of temporary internet files in your browser.
How many of my previous I Ching recordings can I listen to?
You can listen to up to 3 of your last I Ching recordings.
I cannot hear my I Ching reading
Internet Explore 11 users may find that adjusting their settings will help. Sign in to 5 Star and click on the settings cog near the top right hand corner of Internet Explorer. From the menu which opens, click on Compatibility View settings. In the window which opens up, click on Add next to cainer.com and then close the window before trying the reading again.
If you are certain that your speakers are plugged in and the volume turned up please sign-out of your account, close all your browser Windows, then restart your browser and sign in at https://5star.cainer.com/account/login.aspx. From your home page click on 'To listen to your I Ching consultation click here'. On the next page, if you already asked a question, go to 'To hear your previous I Ching consultations click here/listen' to start your reading.
If you still cannot hear the reading we recommend that you clear the cache of temporary internet files in your browser - if you need help with this please let us know. It is also possible that updating your browser or flash player will help.
If the reading stops and starts, with long gaps, try pausing the reading as soon as it begins to allow it to download a bit more information before playing. This will help if you are having problems caused by a slow connection or heavy internet traffic.
I have ordered a reading and can hear the introduction but the reading does not begin
Firstly, please sign-out of your account, close all your browser Windows, then restart your browser and sign back in at https://5star.cainer.com/account/login.aspx
From the Home Page, click on 'Listen to your I Ching consultations' and from the next page click Listen to Your Previous Readings and then click to the right of the question you want answered. If you hear nothing, please check the volume controls by going to Start/Programmes/Accessories/Entertainment/Volume Control and make sure all the mute boxes are unchecked and the sliders are all at the top.
