Payments
Payments are handled by trusted external online payment-handling services, PayPal and Stripe. By placing an order online, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor you choose to use. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of PayPal, or the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Stripe.
Card Storage and Billing
When using PayPal or Stripe, card details will be stored by the respective payment processor, not by us. We can charge the stored card according to the services the customer chooses. For subscription services, the stored card will be billed automatically on a monthly basis. For one-time purchases, the stored card can be billed without the customer having to re-enter their details. Customers can remove their card details from PayPal or Stripe at any time, and we will not bill them unless they are making a purchase or have an active subscription.
Existing WorldPay FuturePay Agreements
We are no longer accepting new payments via WorldPay. However, existing WorldPay FuturePay agreements will continue to be honored. Card details are stored with WorldPay only if a subscription was taken out. These subscriptions will be managed as per the original agreement terms and are still subject to WorldPay's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Returns and Refund Policy
You, the customer, have the right to cancel within fourteen days of your purchase, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Online Services
In the event of you, the customer, cancelling your order within fourteen days, access to the online services will be removed and payment refunded.
For downloads and streaming services, you must confirm before you download or stream content that you are aware you’ll lose your 14-day right to cancel. You must also agree to an instant download before you start the download. If these conditions are not met, you will retain your 14-day right to cancel without paying.
Mail Order
Faulty goods will be accepted for return within fourteen days of delivery, provided they were reported faulty on the day of delivery or the next working day. On receipt of returned goods, your payment will be refunded.
Non-faulty goods will be accepted within fourteen days of delivery to you, provided that they are returned unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
Claims for non-delivery of goods must be notified within fourteen days of the invoice date.
Delivery
Goods in our catalog are usually delivered within five working days in the U.K. mainland, although you should allow up to 28 days in exceptional circumstances.
Subscriptions
Subscription cancellations must take place at least three working days before the next payment is due.
